The jewelry associate's were very helpful and pleasant. We traveled from another city to make our purchase because of the kindness of the sales associate per telephone. They were very knowledgeable in the line of jewelry the I was seeking. I will always keep them in mind for future purchases.

Nice people. Good selection. Great service. Repairs done very quickly.
Update: 2 visits from Hertford to complete the job. Second trip was due to their error... Still cost full price. 100.00 for clasp replacement ... Too much. Admitted it was their mistake in missing the repair.. Also took a week to repair the second issue... Too costly and far to return. Next time.. I will find a closer jeweler.
People were still nice, just unhappy with services.
